I am creating a life I love living. Intentionally, every single day.
I'm turning the light on. Come as far in as you want to.
the life
A grounded nomad, launched into flight.
Ten years in tech built me a base of safety and freedom. I can live anywhere in the world and pour myself into what actually alivens me, so that's what I do. Coaching people through the territory of their own hearts, supporting them to feel through what's blocking them toward their fullest expression. Cuddle therapy. Training in psychedelic facilitation at CIIS. A motorcycle business in Nicaragua. Building apps oriented around growth and connection.
My home base is Barcelona, my favorite city on earth. I love spending summers here, friends and family flowing through. Spring and fall I relish the Bay: grounding in community, launching facilitated containers, hiking in the redwoods, onewheeling to the top of Bernal Hill and riding down it as though I were surfing, skinny dipping at China Beach for sunset.
And every winter for the last five years, somewhere tropical with chosen family: ten to twenty of us living in a shared home by the ocean, in Nicaragua, Brazil, El Salvador, Mexico. I welcome the sun from my longboard, feeling the energy of the waves move through me. Walking barefoot, feeling the environment, submerged in it. A few months a year in nature waters my soul. We work on our projects, rooting each other on in what we're each building, and relax into the night couch to share our talents and dreams. I feel so blessed to have cultivated these relationships over years. Every winter we witness one another in a new chapter: conflict that brings us closer, joy that grounds us in the awe of existence, psychedelic journeys that expand our horizons, creativity we encourage each other to charter into. Now some of us are looking to buy land for a village of our own.
The taste of it: waking without an alarm. Fruit picked from a shared garden. Sun on my skin, wind on my legs. Play, expression, cuddling in a pile of friends. Holding space for the joyful, the tender and the hard.
My life is full and I love every bit of it. I want to meet someone whose life is full too, rich with community and deep connection. From two lives that are already good, I'm excited for what we get to build.
the partnership
Devotional. Monogamous. Spiritual.
Consistency and affection. Turning toward each other, especially when it's hard.
I connect through depth. I'll be endlessly curious about how you relate to things, more the process than the content. I want to be met there too: to know what you're building, what alivens you, the visions you carry, what you do when it all goes sideways.
I've built real agency in my life. I stopped trading my hours for money and I move from what I want to create and experience in the world. I tend my body, mind and spirit. I've invested in the same handful of people for years, whether or not it was convenient. I want to be met by a man living the same way, so that neither of us is waiting on the other one to start a life.
Holding people is my work and my nature. I can stay grounded and present while somebody feels the hardest thing they've got, without turning away from any of it. What I want back is exactly that. To be the one on the floor sometimes, held by someone steady who's still there when I come through it.
The ocean taught me the thing I'm still practicing on land. A wave holds you, something vast and far stronger than you, and it asks you to stay in your own two feet. Collapse and you fall. Stay centered and you fly. I want to be held like that, and I want to still be entirely myself while it's happening. These days I'm practicing letting care land without repaying it by morning.
I say the disappointment while it's still small. Same day, one sentence, no case built up behind it. Conflict is how I want us to understand each other better, and I want a man who leans in the same way and repairs without needing to be taught how.
Creative partnership sets me alive. I would love for us to be building together: things that support, inspire, expand, connect, and bring more belonging and love to the communities we're part of. Being each other's beacons.
A partnership where we watch out for each other and think about caring for one another proactively. Where each of us gets to be held by somebody grounded who's not turning away. Walking each other home, every day.
family
Arriving at "but of course."
I want to come to children from so much safety and love that bringing life into the world together feels inevitable. Like of course.
I froze my eggs in Barcelona this summer. My people came with me and we danced when it was done. That was me keeping the door open while I take the time to do this well.
I would rather not have children than have them with the wrong partner. I'm building toward the right one.
plainly
True things, stated simply.
Monogamous, and excited about it.
Family and community living are the direction.
Location independence, in logistics and in spirit.
I don't drink. Sober or close to it fits my life.
I build from freedom and I don't squeeze my life around a job. I want the same for you.
Psychedelics, breathwork and touch are part of how I live and how I work.
I say things while they're small, and I want to hear yours the same way.
This is probably not for you if you need a partner rooted to one city, if turning toward feelings sounds exhausting, or if you want a woman who never needs anything.
the door
Two doors. I'll walk through both of them too.

I'm singing this beautifully and messily, and letting go of how it lands. Its function is to reach the people it's already playing in. If that's you, you already know.
